1. Non-Resident Individual -
Non Resident individual is any natural person who resides in India for less than 182 days during the course of the preceding financial year.

3. OCI (Person of Indian origin) -
Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) is a form of permanent residency available to people of Indian origin and their spouses which allows them to live and work in India indefinitely.

4. Sea–farer Individual -
An individual is said to be Non-Resident Seafarer if he is outside India for 184 days or more during the financial year (185 days or more in case of a leap year) for the purpose of employment.
