Please sign in the 4 places highlighted with red boundaries/red dot in the form below.
2. Following photocopies with your signature are required (self-attested):
- Aadhar card (or any other proof of address)
- PAN
- Passport
3. Other compulsory documents to be sent along with the KYC form:
- 1 passport size color photograph
- Foreign address proof self attested - job letter/driving license/bank statement (recent 1-month)
- Canceled original cheque
4. If you are an NRI from the USA or Canada, kindly courier this document required by the mutual fund houses.
5. In the KYC form, please fill your name (name should be as per name on your PAN card), mobile number, email address, mother's full name, and marital status. We will fill the rest of the form based on the data in our system.
6. It is preferable to send the photos of the signed documents to your Relationship Manager at CashRich or to support@cashrich.com for verification before sending the physical documents by courier.
