If you want to update your KYC due to name the following documents are required.

| PAN | 1 copy, Self-attested |
| Aadhar | 1 copy, Self-attested |
| Name change proof | Notarized, gazetted, newspaper publication, court judgment |
Colour photograph | One passport size photograph |
Canceled cheque | 1 copy |
Note:
- If the reason for the name change is due to marriage you are required to submit a copy of the Marriage certificate.
- Mother's full name and Marital status are compulsory fields in the KYC form
